use read ECU not READ VCM.
make sure the actual unit is responding before coding it

when you connect via esys do you activate VO and then click on read ecu ?
If yes then check if you get there on SVT left AMP ECU or not, if yes then mark it, click on the right side detect caf for swe and choose the last bottom one and hit code.

If you dont get AMP then make sure your Target is correctly for the car you have there, otherwise like there was said there is no power

Might be you are selecting the wrong module. confirm the name in ista and esys

With my old amp(f07) i have no sound and in ista i have b7f4e1 amp undervoltage i check fuse and power on amp and i have 14v so i assume my amp is defective. Now i buy used amp from f10 .amp have same model# and part#. i plug it and when i check with ista code its amp not coded for vehicule. And still no sound.  Today i plug my old amp and when i do read ecu i see amp and when i do read vcm and read code on amp i see my car vin# but when i plug new amp not see in read ecu only in vcm and when i do read code vin# are ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ
