BMW F30 / F31 LCI - Driving assistant 5AS - coding - Jacob_Dahl - 06-05-2024
Hello everyone.
I would appreciate some inputs on my current project.
I want to activate 5AS, since the car is missing lane departure warning (lcw) and pedestrian warning.
Car is: BMW F31 LCI 320d Ed 2/2017
Vin: WBA8J91010K837585
I already think I have all hardware in place:
Kafas 2
Vibrator motor in steering wheel
New driver assistance buttons
Current options already in car:
Front radar - Active cruise control (ACC)
Front collision warning (FCW)
Speed sign recognition
Do I need FSC for the 5AS or alternative 5AD?
What VO changes should I code and to what ECU's?
What FDL changes are required?
For the record I'm using e-sys for coding with ENET, and ISTA+ to diagnose and clear faults
